Have a look at the enshittification of banks who now routinely bypass the spirit of the laws associated with increasing the money supply through bank loans. Banks capitalise interest and other bank fees to most of us.
The techbros, venture capitalists, and special politicians don't have capitalised interest so they pay half the fees to banks. In fact they often don't bother to repay the loans. Why should they because if you own a bank or have access to cash or saleable shares you can do a deal to use mutual credit. Mutual credit on bank loans negates the reason why governments use banks to introduce new money into the economy through loans.
Rich people get rich through capital gains and capitalising interest and fees is the quickest and simplest way to do it.
Take a look and object next time you see a bank debiting your loan account with interest or fees.
