The idea is to change the distribution of interest from all the interest going to investors to sharing it with the home buyers. It will speed up the movement of Capital and keep house prices and interest rates stable while making housing more affordable. The approach can be used in all economies and even if it does not solve it - it stops the inflation of the cost of living in house.
